Pink and white knit infinity scarf
Title: Pink arm knit scarf, extra long skinny pink knitted scarf, pink cowl, versatile scarf
Details:
I made 2 styles of these incredibly versatile pink and white knit infinity scarves. Both were made with a technique called "arm knitting" where I actually use my wrists in place of knitting needles or other tools. This technique gives the knitted scarf a wider stitching and tons of stretch. As you see in my photos, an arm knit scarf can be worn in a large variety of ways. Each pink infinity scarf is sewn together at the ends to form a complete circle, and can be worn long, looped around, knotted, twisted, as a wrap, cowl, or scarf.
Measurements:
The knitting pattern combined with the gauge of the yarn on each pink knit scarf give them tons of stretch, so measurements will vary depending how they're worn.
-The extra long skinny scarf hangs 4 feet long, making the completed circle about 8 feet. It's good for wrapping multiple times while still having length. The width varies from about 3-8".
-The shorter and wider pink and white scarf is made with a more plush look that makes a cute pink cowl. It's about 2 feet long (forming a 4 foot circle) and varies from 7-24" wide.
Material:
I used multiple skeins of pink and white yarn for each of these. The yarn is comprised of 46% acrylic, 40% superwash wool, and 14% polyamide. The yarn has since been discontinued, making the scarves even more unique. Care Instructions will be sent with your order. Hand wash warm. Dry flat. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.
